I noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the hallway. It did not affect my room directly.

the in-room dining food had good quality. overall tech in the room seemed up to date and good. cleaning staff did a good job daily. the facilities were clean and tidy.
i found that a waitress approached my table unexpectedly. she told me a minimum spend of 100 dirhams was needed to get my parking ticket stamped. i waited 20 minutes for the manager but he or she did not show.

my room was a city view beautiful room king. the decor was quite elegant. the room was also very clean. the service at the restaurant was also great.
the front office was understaffed. sometimes it was difficult to find someone available. also, the minibar was not restocked . the breakfast selection was limited.
